Job summary

Flex seeks a Senior Firmware Engineer based in Singapore to advance the power infrastructure for AI data centers and critical applications. This role focuses on developing a cutting-edge power platform from concept through prototype while aligning with project goals and standards.

Ideal candidates bring strong digital control knowledge, a Master’s in power electronics or electrical engineering, and hands-on experience with high-power systems and modeling tools such as MATLAB/Simulink.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in power electronics or electrical engineering (or equivalent).
• 5 years’ experience with a Master’s degree; 2 years with a PhD in high-power digital control and simulation.

Responsibilities

• Develop the power platform from concept to working prototype.
• Design power systems with modeling, topology selection, schematics, and coding.
• Solve technical problems across development phases.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet specs, cost targets and schedules.
• Provide design support during product development.
