Formative seeks an AVP of Financial Due Diligence for Infrastructure Investments in Singapore. You will own deep financial analysis from initial review through investment committee, focusing on red flags, cash flow, and value drivers to inform decisions.

Ideal candidates bring 5–8 years in diligence, a CPA/CA credential, and a track record across ASEAN infra or real assets. A path to buy-side leadership and exposure to senior professionals is offered.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years in financial due diligence with Big 4 or specialist advisory background.
• Strong accounting foundation and deep financial analysis on transactions.
• Experience presenting diligence findings to clients or senior stakeholders.
• Exposure to infrastructure, energy, utilities or real assets.

Responsabilités

• Lead financial due diligence on new investment opportunities from first look to investment committee.
• Analyze target financials, including quality of earnings, net debt and cash flow.
• Identify red flags and explain their impact to the deal team.
• Build analytics and value drivers to support investment decisions.
• Present findings to deal teams and senior investment professionals.
• Define scope of external advisors and review their work.
