Zusammenfassung

OneByZero is seeking a Financial Controller for a regional APAC role based in Singapore. You will lead accounting and finance operations across entities, while overseeing treasury in the interim and driving preparations for fundraising.

The role covers month-end closes, statutory reporting under IFRS/SFRS(I), intercompany accounting, payroll controls, and internal controls. The ideal candidate has 10–15 years of accounting experience and a strong leadership track record.

Qualifikationen

• 10–15 years of accounting and controllership experience.
• Accounting qualification: CA, CPA, ACCA or equivalent.
• Audit experience (Big 4 or equivalent).
• Multi-entity consolidation and intercompany accounting experience, including transfer pricing across jurisdictions.
• Working treasury knowledge—banking, FX, and working capital.
• Experience building or scaling a finance team in a fast-growing environment.
• Nice to have: PE/VC-backed company exposure and multi-currency APAC exposure.

Aufgaben

• Lead month-end and year-end close, general ledger, and consolidation across all entities.
• Prepare statutory and management financial statements under IFRS/SFRS(I).
• Manage intercompany accounting, including MSA billing and transfer pricing consistency.
• Oversee accounts payable/receivable processes and payroll controls.
• Run bank and balance sheet reconciliations to a fixed close calendar.
• Serve as primary contact for external auditors and manage audit cycles.
• Lead financial due diligence responses for fundraising and investor requests.
• Establish and maintain internal controls and policies; build the accounting/finance team as the function scales.
