OneByZero, a Frontier Systems Integrator, is seeking a Business Financial Planning and Analysis Manager for its APAC region based in Singapore. The role reports to the CFO/Head of Finance and covers forecasting, budgeting, and management reporting across APAC entities.

You will drive rolling cash forecasts, investor materials, and board-ready narratives while partnering with country teams to ensure delivery of accurate financial insights and strategic planning.

Qualificações

• 8–15 years of progressive FP&A or business finance experience in multi-entity or multi-country environments.
• Strong financial modeling skills including forecasting and scenario planning.
• Experience preparing board-level or investor-facing materials.
• Ability to turn incomplete data into a decision-ready narrative.
• Fundraising exposure (equity or debt) is a strong plus.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with stakeholders across finance, delivery, and leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the annual budgeting cycle and monthly rolling forecast at group and country level.
• Build the group workforce plan and hiring budget linking revenue targets and headcount.
• Run monthly budget-vs-actual variance analyses by country and cost line.
• Maintain scenario models (base/upside/downside) to stress-test the plan.
• Prepare the monthly management reporting pack and board/investor reporting.
• Track utilization and realization from project timecard data for reporting.
• Build rolling group cash forecast and flag liquidity risk early.
• Lead fundraising data room coordination and investor materials.
