Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in finance, accounting, economics, engineering, or data analytics.
• 8+ years of experience in operations finance, strategic planning, financial modeling, or related fields.
• Strong ability to build cost models and scenario analyses for manufacturing networks.
• Experience with semiconductor production cost structures is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex Conventional and Advanced Packaging scenario studies and financial analyses.
• Coordinate with Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Finance to craft data-driven recommendations.
• Develop cost models to support cost competitiveness, capacity planning, and technology transitions.
• Improve analytical processes and standardize methodologies for timely high-quality outputs.
• Leverage AI-enabled tools to automate workflows and enhance decision quality.
