Qualifications

• Degree/ACCA with minimum 8 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in manufacturing environment preferred.
• Product costing experience and good interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure integrity of all financial data, controls and business practices.
• Create simple, common processes to drive operational excellence.
• Act as trusted business partner leveraging financial and business expertise to drive great decisions.
• Lead internal controls and compliance with Sarbanes Oxley requirements.
• Drive lean finance processes and value stream improvements for automation and efficiency.
• Support operations with budgeting, forecasts and performance analysis.
• Provide value-added training to operations and contribute to cost optimization initiatives.
• Prepare weekly/monthly reports and deliver timely financial insights.
