Job summary

TotalEnergies Singapore Services (TESS) is seeking an experienced finance professional to lead full-set accounting for multiple entities within a regional shared services framework. You will drive month/quarter/year‑end closes, ensure accuracy of journals and reconciliations, and partner with cross‑functional teams to strengthen working capital and reporting integrity.

Qualifications

• Minimum degree holder in Accountancy or Equivalent (Bac + 3).
• Recognized professional accountancy qualification (e.g. Chartered Accountant, CPA or ACCA membership) preferred.
• Minimum 5–8 years of progressive accounting experience.
• Experience managing full-set accounts in a multinational or complex business environment.
• Experience supporting multiple entities, business units or international operations.
• Exposure to shared service operating models and ERP systems.
• Experience in energy/commodities-related industries advantageous.
• Strong command of English language.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly and annual financial accounts.
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations and resolve outstanding reconciling items.
• Record journal entries, accruals, provisions and adjustments accurately and timely.
• Manage AP and AR functions, ensuring timely processing of invoices, payments, expense claims, collections, and related transactions.
• Monitor GRNs, goods receipts, open POs, and related procurement transactions for proper accounting treatment.
• Ensure completeness and accuracy of general ledger balances.
• Support month-end, quarter-end and year-end closing activities.
• Prepare financial reports for management and Group reporting requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to optimize working capital and credit management.
