PUB, Singapore's National Water Agency, invites a proactive Corporate Finance & Treasury professional to join the treasury operations and governance team. You will support cash flow management, financial reporting and risk management, collaborating with banks and internal teams to ensure accurate, timely fiscal actions.

The role emphasizes process improvements, digital transformation, and leveraging AI-enabled tools to enhance productivity and informed decision-making across finance operations.

Formación

• Degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business Administration, Economics or related discipline.
• 5–8 years of relevant corporate finance or treasury experience; strong aptitude considered.
• Experience in treasury operations, cash flow management and insurance management would be advantageous.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with Qlik Sense and AI-enabled tools a plus.
• Interest in digital transformation and process automation.

Responsabilidades

• Manage day-to-day corporate finance and treasury activities, including cash flow forecasting and reporting.
• Prepare financial analyses and management papers related to treasury and corporate finance.
• Coordinate with banks and internal stakeholders to ensure timely execution of transactions.
• Manage corporate insurance arrangements and review coverage; liaise with brokers.
• Review financial and operational risks and contribute to mitigation measures.
• Support financial governance, policies, SOPs and internal controls.
• Assist audits, compliance reviews and resolution of audit findings.
• Identify opportunities to streamline workflows using automation and AI-enabled tools.
