OKX is seeking a Senior Finance Transformation & Strategy PMO to lead our Intelligence & Performance team. You will drive finance digitalization and AI transformation by aligning finance, data, product, and engineering to deliver scalable data products and robust controls.

You will own governance, KPIs, and dashboards, turning data into reliable insights for executives and building end-to-end solutions across ERP, systems, and automated processes.

Formación

• 5+ years in finance products or finance digitalization roles.
• Solid understanding of GL, AP/AR, revenue recognition, reconciliation, budgeting, and audit.
• Proficient in SQL and at least one mainstream BI tool.
• Experience integrating ERP/finance platforms with data teams and product/engineering.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Finance transformation programs end to end and build roadmaps for finance digitalization and AI transformation.
• Own financial BI and decision support with unified metrics and dashboards.
• Turn data into actionable insights and drive cost and efficiency opportunities.
• Design finance solutions and automate processes across bookkeeping, reconciliation, and reporting.
• Strengthen data quality, controls, and data lineage across finance systems.
• Land AI/agent applications in Finance with product, data, and engineering teams.
• Build compliance and internal control foundations (SOX, ITGC/ITAC).
• Keep leadership informed with executive progress updates.
