Job summary

Dyson is seeking a finance systems specialist to ensure OneStream readiness for month-end close and reporting. The role involves leading implementation, configuration, and integration with existing business systems to enable data-driven decision making.

You will train finance users, develop financial models and reports, and continuously optimize processes while staying aligned with industry best practices. A strong foundation in finance and IT is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Experience with financial systems such as OneStream/Hyperion/EPM is a plus.
• Strong interest in financial systems and technology to drive performance.
• Experience with API and automation is a plus.
• Basic understanding of financial processes and principles.

Responsibilities

• Ensure financial systems support month-end close, consolidation, and reporting.
• Lead and support OneStream implementation, configuration, and integration with existing systems.
• Provide ongoing training and support to finance users to maximize system effectiveness.
• Develop and maintain financial models and reports for data-driven decisions.
• Monitor, optimize, and automate system processes and drive continuous improvements.
