Job summary

Dyson is seeking a senior finance professional to lead governance of Cost of Acquisition and Zero-Based Budgeting across the organization. You will oversee CoA tracking, perform variance analyses, and drive optimization while collaborating with Sales, Marketing and Commercial teams to ensure adherence to governance and budgetary priorities.

Qualifications

• Experience in Financial Analysis and Reporting, preferably in Sales or Brand Finance co-piloting roles.
• Experience in Financial Forecasting and deviation analyses with business interpretation.
• Strong understanding of P&L and Balance Sheet under local GAAP and IFRS.
• Solid understanding of the month-close process and its impact on P&L and BS.
• Experience in a multi-functional environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement financial governance frameworks for CoA tracking and reporting across the organization.
• Monitor CoA drivers and processes for alignment with policies and strategy.
• Conduct variance analysis on CoA components to identify savings opportunities.
• Provide recommendations for CoA optimization and resource efficiency.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Commercial teams to integrate governance with business priorities.
• Lead ZBB principles across departments focusing on CoA and budgeting activities.
• Train budget owners and drive ZBB adherence, working with regional finance leads.
• Improve budget management through tools and templates and promote ownership.
• Act as finance advisor on projects including BBI and promotional spend governance.
• Drive alignment across Demand Planning, Sales and Marketing for integrated budgeting and reporting processes.
• Continuously refine CoA and ZBB processes, exploring automation via SAP modules or VisTex.
