Job summary

Mapletree Investments Pte Ltd invites a capable finance professional to oversee the assigned portfolio within the Finance Department of MPACT. You will lead month-end closings, intercompany reconciliations, and monthly management reporting while coordinating with asset management on performance analysis.

Applicants should be Chartered Accountants with 5–6 years’ experience, strong IFRS knowledge, and exposure to SAP, BPC and Tagetik.

Qualifications

Chartered Accountant with degree in Accountancy from a recognised university.
At least 5–6 years of relevant and/or auditing experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity.
Well-versed in Local GAAP and IFRS.
Experience in SAP, BPC and Tagetik would be highly advantageous.
Candidates with REIT reporting experience will have an added advantage.
Experience in real estate or financial services industry is a clear advantage.

Responsibilities

Ensure timely month end closing, intercompany reconciliation and preparation of monthly management reporting.
Support monthly/quarterly management reporting and collaborate with asset management on financial performance analysis.
Prepare full set of financial statements for group reporting and statutory audit, and manage the audit process with auditors.
Handle tax matters including tax computations and liaising with tax consultants and authorities as needed.
Drive implementation of group policies, processes and systems.
Support ad-hoc projects as required.
