DBS Asia Hub in Singapore is seeking a COO Office/Business Management & Support professional to oversee budgeting, forecasting, and regional financial governance. You will work with Group Finance and regional teams to analyze monthly financials, manage spend forecasts, and support the annual budget process.

The role requires strong data reporting, analytics, and stakeholder management, with AGILE and change-management experience preferred.

Competenze

• Diploma/Degree in Banking and Finance or equivalent with 2 years of experience.
• Experience in business planning and/or data reporting; prepare detailed reports and reviews.
• Nice to have agentic AI, process improvements, AGILE methodologies, project management, and change management experience.
• Knowledge of consumer banking/customer center operations is advantageous.

Mansioni

• Collaborate with Group Finance partners to submit monthly spending forecasts and reports with minimal gaps.
• Consolidate and analyze monthly financials and reporting metrics with location CSH and Finance counterparts.
• Oversee forecast vs actual spend for CSH and coordinate with stakeholders on expense dependencies.
• Assist with write-offs/write-backs, accruals, and Cost Allocation oversight under the NCA Framework.
• Strengthen forecast accuracy by validating historical performance against forward assumptions.
• Support monthly GLAO reconciliations and ensure timely close to minimize GL breaks.
• Assist Head of Business Planning & Performance with annual Budget exercise and ad-hoc budget transfers.
• Collaborate with Regional CSH COO team to govern financial performance and regional planning.
