Job summary

DBS Asia Hub is seeking an AVP, Business Planning & Performance Specialist for the Customer Service Hub (CSH) under the Group COO. The role focuses on financial planning, forecasting, and performance governance, collaborating with Group Finance to ensure accurate monthly spending forecasts and robust management of CSH finances.

Qualifications

Related Diploma/Degree in Banking and Finance OR relevant experience in Finance or Accounting (2+ years).
Experience in business planning and/or data reporting; creating detailed reports and reviews.
Nice-to-have: AGILE methodologies, project management and change management experience.
Experience in consumer banking/customer centre is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with Group Finance partners to submit monthly spending forecasts and reports.
Consolidate and analyze monthly financials and reporting metrics for CSH.
Oversee forecast vs actual spend and coordinate with stakeholders on expenses.
Support annual budget process and ad-hoc budget transfers as needed.
Drive governance of CSH financial performance with regional COO teams.
