Job summary

DBS Asia Central in Singapore seeks a seasoned governance and performance manager to drive SCM governance, executive reporting, and scorecard management across Group IBGO. You will consolidate financial, workforce, and strategic inputs to support oversight and timely decisions.

You will coordinate governance cadences, prepare management materials, and partner with regional teams to surface risks, opportunities, and clear actions for senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 to 8 years of experience in business management, strategy, finance, performance management, COO office, or related governance and reporting roles.

Responsibilities

• SCM Governance and Performance Management: manage SCM reporting governance across FTE, financials, targets, planned & actual saves.
• Executive Reporting and Management Reviews: prepare materials for senior management reviews and align inputs from multiple teams into narratives.
• Scorecard Governance and Performance Management: drive scorecard governance, track progress, and ensure timely follow-up.
• Delivery Excellence and Continuous Improvement: maintain data quality, improve templates and reporting processes, and manage tight timelines.
