Job summary

Jewel Changi Airport is seeking a Senior Manager for Finance in Singapore to lead Finance Operations, AP, GL, Fixed Assets and Tax functions. You will manage multiple legal entities, ensure governance and timely financial reporting, and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

You will collaborate with stakeholders across divisions to drive process improvements, optimise cash flow, and deliver high-quality reporting to the Jewel Group of entities.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accountancy or equivalent professional qualification.
• Chartered Accountant with a minimum of 10 years' experience across Big Four and in-house finance functions.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and team management skills with stakeholders across divisions.
• Extensive experience in finance operations, financial reporting, fixed assets, and tax management.
• Proficient in SAP S/4HANA and automation tools such as Power Query/Power Automate.
• Solid knowledge of accounting standards, tax regulations and internal controls with audit experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead Procurement Governance & Support: oversee OA/PO creation and GR processes.
• Oversee Accounts Payable & Cash Flow Management, ensuring timely payments.
• Oversee Fixed Assets governance and depreciation accounting across assets >$1B.
• Lead Financial Reporting & Audit activities with shareholders and auditors.
• Oversee Tax compliance including GST, WHT, and corporate tax filings.
