Synapxe Pte. Ltd. seeks an experienced Finance Manager to join our finance organization, providing financial management, planning and operations support for large-scale IT projects.

The role emphasizes collaboration, financial acumen, attention to detail and strong stakeholder management in a dynamic environment. The successful candidate will lead end-to-end project finances including P&L, cash flow and reserves, and will drive budgeting, reporting and cost control across the megaproject

Qualificações

• Degree in Accountancy or ACCA qualification.
• Knowledge of project finance for large IT projects.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as finance focal point for mega projects with end-to-end coverage for stakeholders.
• Develop insights for key decisions and improvement plans.
• Collaborate with delivery, finance and pricing teams on cost recovery models.
• Partner with MOH on grant reporting, funding and adhoc requests.
• Set up financial structures to support cost reporting and management metrics.
• Track and monitor budgets across capabilities and focus areas.
• Analyze fund utilization, forecasting and reallocation as needed.
• Own project finances including P&L, cash flow, and reserves reporting.
• Lead annual budgeting for the program with reasonableness assessments.
• Produce financial decks for internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage the project finance team and cross-functional collaboration.
• Plan and streamline finance processes.
