Job summary

ARYAN SOLUTIONS PTE. LTD. seeks a senior finance leader with over 10 years of experience in accounting or finance, ideally with CA/CPA/ACCA credentials. The role requires strong governance and regulatory knowledge, plus hands-on treasury and internal controls experience. Construction or real estate sector exposure is a plus.

The candidate should be proactive, independent, and capable of engaging senior management and project teams to drive financial strategies and robust governance frameworks.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a relevant discipline.
• CA (Singapore), CPA or ACCA qualification is required.
• At least 10 years of relevant finance experience, preferably in a senior role.
• Experience in construction, property development, or real estate is highly advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of SGX-ST Listing Rules, SFRS(I), governance requirements, and Singapore regulatory frameworks.
• Experience in financial controls, treasury, banking, or financing activities.
• Experience drafting or reviewing finance policies and internal controls.
• Proficiency in Globe3 preferred and advanced financial modelling skills.
• Hands-on, proactive, and commercially minded, with the ability to work independently.
• Strong governance, risk management, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with senior management and project teams.
