Job summary

Tencent Finance is seeking an experienced Senior Technical Architect to define, govern, and evolve the architecture of enterprise finance platforms. The role ensures that Finance IT systems are scalable, secure, compliant, and aligned with business and regulatory requirements across internal stakeholders in China and international markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 10+ years of IT experience, with 5+ years in a solution or enterprise architect role.
• Proficient in business-level English and Chinese Mandarin to work with stakeholders across China and international markets.
• Strong analytical skills, business acumen, and ability to influence cross-functional teams.
• Preferably proven records of designing and delivering solutions for finance IT systems or mainstream ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, Workday Finance, Dynamics).
• Preferably understanding of financial industry regulations, data compliance, and information security standards.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end solutions for Finance IT systems (ERP, billing, reporting, integrations, data and security).
• Provide technical expertise and ensure integrity of Finance IT systems across finance domains.
• Translate accounting, tax, and compliance needs into system requirements and drive solutions.
• Lead technical implementations with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Provide architecture guidance across delivery teams and vendor evaluation assistance.
• Drive modernization and continuous improvement of finance platforms.
