Job summary

MICRON SEMICONDUCTOR ASIA OPERATIONS PTE. LTD. seeks a program leader to drive labor productivity improvements across FE operations. You will standardize tools and processes, lead AI and automation initiatives, and partner with Finance to report benefits.

You will manage pipelines of GenAI, automation, and low-code projects, embed scalable practices, and guide cross-site teams to realize measurable time savings and efficiency gains.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Statistics, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in semiconductor operations.
• Strong program management skills including governance, benefits realization, dependencies, and change management.
• Experience leading productivity or efficiency programs with measurable outcomes.
• Knowledge of GenAI concepts and delivery (use-case framing, prompts, adoption metrics).
• Experience delivering automation/low-code solutions (Power Automate, Copilot Studio, UiPath, SQL).
• Strong analytics; able to translate data into decisions and plans.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across sites, central, and executives.

Responsibilities

• Drive year-over-year improvement in FE labor productivity and savings.
• Lead end-to-end execution and governance of FE productivity programs with on-time delivery.
• Integrate AI, automation, robotics, and innovation programs into a cohesive plan.
• Maintain loading-based staffing models aligned to workload demand.
• Provide governance for SEAL and SWAT initiatives.
• Lead Labor SWAT initiatives to advance productivity and AI roadmap.
• Monitor metrics, benchmark best practices, and support recovery actions.
• Enable cross-site knowledge sharing to scale solutions across the network.
• Guide teams to identify opportunities using AWMS data for time savings.
• Manage pipelines of AI, GenAI, automation, and low-code projects (copilots, workflow automation).
• Support development of AI roadmaps focusing on reuse and scalability.
• Drive intake and value assessment to ensure sustainable adoption.
