Job summary

Singapore National Eye Centre is seeking an experienced facilities and systems administrator to support building maintenance and project management for new constructions.

You will coordinate ACMV operations, manage service providers, ensure fire safety compliance, and contribute to Green Mark initiatives while preparing reports on safety incidents.

Qualifications include engineering degree and hands-on ACMV experience with contract management exposure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with at least 4 years' relevant experience.
• Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with at least 10 years' relevant experience.
• Extensive experience in ACMV and service provider contract management would be highly advantageous.
• Proficient in design calculation, cost estimation, preparation of plans and detailed engineering design.

Responsibilities

• Assist in management of facilities and systems.
• Project management of new building construction and maintenance of existing structures.
• Develop programmes for planned maintenance and services.
• Coordinate fire safety and Green Mark related tasks to ensure statutory compliance; investigate safety incidents and prepare reports.
