Job summary

ENGIE Services Singapore is seeking a hands-on Facilities Technician to lead a team in ACMV maintenance and FM activities. You will diagnose faults, perform preventive maintenance on AHUs, FCUs, and ventilation systems, and prepare clear technical reports for clients.

The role requires a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, at least 3 years’ ACMV experience, strong problem-solving, and the ability to work independently while upholding safety and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or FM discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on ACMV maintenance experience.
• Strong troubleshooting, decision-making and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of Technicians for day-to-day FM and ACMV maintenance.
• Provide technical guidance and investigate faults.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on ACMV equipment (AHUs, FCUs, chillers, ventilation).
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors for scheduled works and ad-hoc tasks.
• Ensure proper documentation of maintenance activities and compliance records.
