Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, Chemistry, or a related field.
• 5+ years hands-on experience in the semiconductor sector, with CMP experience being essential.
• Strong knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes, especially CMP polishing.
• Proven ability to engage with customers and lead technical discussions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to operate across functions.
• Experience in Southeast Asia’s semiconductor industry is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue CMP polishing opportunities in Southeast Asia.
• Bridge customer requirements with R&D to drive solution development.
• Lead customer engagements and present technically compelling proposals.
• Collaborate with R&D/MSE and Business Units to translate requirements into solutions.
• Prepare and support technical proposals and onsite evaluations/qualifications.
