Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, Chemistry, or a related field.
• Around 5 years hands-on experience in the semiconductor field.
• Knowledge and experience in Chemical Mechanical Polishing is a must.

Responsibilities

• Identify new opportunities in the CMP market and drive business growth in SEA.
• Lead Technical Engagement Meetings to increase technical presence in Southeast Asia.
• Build relationships with customers to understand their technical needs.
• Propose tailored solutions that demonstrate product value and advantages.
• Collaborate with R&D and engineering teams to translate requirements into optimized solutions.
• Provide feedback from customer evaluations to drive product improvements.

A leader which is a major supplier to Semiconductor industry is seeking for a Senior Engineer focusing on CMP (Chemical Mechanical Polishing) technology providing technical pre and post sales support to drive business growth in the Southeast Asia region.

Responsibilities:

• Research and identify new opportunities in the (Chemical Mechanical Polishing) market.
• Assist in strategic initiatives such as conducting Technical Engagement Meeting to establish and increase Company’s technical presence in Southeast Asia.
• Develop and strengthen relationships with customers to understand their technical requirement
• Propose and present tailored solutions that demonstrate clear product value and advantage.
• Collaborate closely with R&D and relevant engineering team and Business Unit to translate customer requirements into optimized solutions.
• Furnish feedback from customer evaluations to relevant team to perform product improvements.
• Develop and deliver a detailed and complete technical proposals for customer
• Instrument and assist customer onsite product evaluations and qualifications, ensuring successful integration into customer processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, Chemistry, or a related field.
• Possess about 5 years hands-on experience in the field of Semiconductor.
• Knowledge and experience in Chemical Mechanical Polishing experience is a must
• Strong technical knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes, particularly CMP polishing.
• Proven ability to engage with customers and manage technical discussions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both technical and business-oriented.
• Experience in Southeast Asia’s semiconductor industry will be an advantage
