Job summary

Teamlease Digital Private Limited in Singapore is seeking an experienced L3 Network Engineer specializing in F5 LTM/GTM and load-balancing services to support critical IP infrastructure across the Asia region.

You will design, implement, and operate enterprise-grade load-balancing solutions, onboard new applications, perform upgrades, and drive automation with Python/REST APIs, collaborating with global teams to ensure security and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/Engineering.
• 8+ years in network engineering; banking/financial services preferred.
• Hands-on F5 BIG-IP LTM/GTM experience.
• Experience with VMware AVI or similar app-delivery platforms.
• Knowledge of BlueCat DNS/DHCP/IPAM.
• Routing protocols: BGP/OSPF/EIGRP; multicast.
• Cisco Catalyst/Nexus switches experience.
• Python/REST APIs or network automation experience.
• Security best practices and regulatory requirements.
• VMware ESXi/NSX-T deployment experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide L3 support for F5 LTM/GTM and load-balancing platforms.
• Support DNS/DHCP/IP infrastructure services.
• Design and maintain enterprise load-balancing solutions.
• Onboard new applications/clients to LB services.
• Perform hardware/software upgrades, migrations, and refreshes.
• Support virtualized network appliances on VMware ESXi/NSX-T.
• Develop automation use cases using Python/REST APIs.
• Identify opportunities to automate and improve ops.
• Collaborate with global teams across time zones.
• Prepare designs, implementation plans, runbooks, and procedures.
• Troubleshoot complex network/connectivity issues.
• Ensure security/regulatory compliance.
• Participate in change/incident/problem management and service improvement.
• Provide guidance to junior engineers.
