Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace in Singapore is seeking a Sr Export Compliance Officer to lead site-level import/export compliance. You will manage ECCN classifications, licensing and regulatory oversight across U.S., Singapore, and regional regimes, ensuring data protection and program integrity.

The role requires 5+ years in trade compliance, strong knowledge of EAR/ITAR and SGCA, and the ability to coordinate across functions, audits, and training while aligning with business needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, law, logistics, supply chain or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in trade compliance, export controls or import/export operations.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. export controls (EAR/ITAR) and SGCA regulations.
• Experience with export licensing and approvals.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary focal point for import and export compliance at site level.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of U.S., local, and regional export control and customs regulations.
• Lead export control classification (ECCN) for hardware, software, tech and data.
• Prepare, submit and manage export/licensing authorizations (U.S. and local permits).
• Establish and maintain export control plans, TCP and ICP.
• Coordinate foreign person employee and visitor programs to safeguard data.
• Support training, audits, and regulatory reporting.
