You will lead the creative engine, mentor junior creatives, and collaborate with global teams to deliver compelling narratives from pitch through live delivery, while infusing cultural relevance.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of agency-side experience in experiential marketing or brand experience.
• Portfolio demonstrates narrative-led experiential work with concept and execution.
• Proven experience leading large, complex programs from pitch to delivery.
• Fluency across 2D and 3D disciplines including environment, materials, lighting.
• Ability to present ideas compellingly and sell concepts.
• Hands-on across ideation, presentation, and execution.
• Experience working across time zones.
• Excellent time management handling multiple projects.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Based in Singapore.

• Craft and Lead Experiential Narratives across mediums.
• Build story-driven experiences across touchpoints with design team.
• Pitch and champion the vision to senior client stakeholders.
• Direct narrative integrity from pitch to delivery.
• Infuse cultural relevance with trends and frameworks.
