Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience creating integrated, B2B campaigns and digital experiences.

• Lead and coach junior team members and freelancers; manage schedules and staffing.
• Create and manage program budgets; translate costs into sell prices; monitor vendor costs.
• Participate in creative brainstorms; ensure integrity of the creative treatment across deliverables.
• Measure success via on-time delivery, client satisfaction, and profitable budgets.
