The role provides end-to-end governance of key administrative processes, drives resource optimisation and continuous improvement, and works closely with academic and central stakeholders to deliver a seamless and sustainable operating environment.
handling role-base email accounts, answering student enquiries, participating in events eg. orientation and counter duties, formatting of exam question papers, checking of marked exam scripts, preparing certification letters, booking of facilities and fault reporting etc.
The role delivers effective governance and operational oversight across faculty workforce, financial, student and teaching support administration, ensuring that resources are well managed, processes are compliant and efficient, and stakeholders receive timely and high-quality support. The role also contributes to the School's longer-term operational sustainability through process standardisation, digitalisation, data-driven planning and continuous improvement.
