Job summary

SCIENTEC CONSULTING PTE. LTD. invites applications for a Student Support Officer based in Pioneer, Singapore. The role provides first-line support to students, coordinates case follow-ups, and maintains confidential records.

You will assist with wellbeing, academic interventions, and collaboration with faculty. Diploma or degree in Education or related field and 1–3 years' experience are preferred; salary up to S$5,000 per month on a 6+6 month contract.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Education, Psychology, Social Sciences, Social Work, Counselling, Community Services or related discipline.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in youth work, student services, or community engagement is advantageous.
• Experience in administrative coordination and data management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line support and follow-up to students, escalating concerns for further assessment where required.
• Coordinate student case follow-ups, appointments, referrals and related administrative processes.
• Maintain accurate and confidential student case records, trackers, reports and documentation.
• Support academic intervention and outreach for students facing academic or attendance difficulties.
• Assist with student wellbeing, transition and integration programmes, including logistics, communications and participation tracking.
• Support student-care data management, reporting, basic analysis and process improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with faculty members and University support units on student support matters.

• Salary:Up to $5,000 per month
• Duration: 6 + 6 months
