Job summary

Singapore Polytechnic International in Singapore seeks a Senior Executive/Assistant Manager for the Sports & Wellness team to develop students’ physical well-being, leadership and sporting potential. You will plan and deliver programmes across Sports Excellence, Wellness for Life, and CCA; mentor students; manage facilities, budgets and admin, and engage with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in education, sports management or youth development.
• Strong knowledge and experience in event management and mentoring.
• Excellent organisational, administrative and analytical skills.
• Good interpersonal, communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver Sports & Wellness programmes and activities.
• Mentor and guide students in CCA clubs and sports activities.
• Manage facilities, such as gym and pool operations, and budgets.
• Coordinate with coaches, instructors and external partners; handle admin tasks.
