Job description

About NAC–AHG Capability Development Programme

The inaugural NAC–AHG Capability Development Programme develops the next generation of arts professionals through a unique dual immersion across NAC and AHG. Individuals hired under the programme will be attached to NAC for structured workplace learning in policy and sector development, while applying these insights through project-based work with AHG across venues, placemaking, and festivals.

Structured workplace attachments, project-based work, and opportunities for rotations or “double-hatting” enable applied learning in real contexts. Throughout the journey, you remain anchored to AHG, while receiving supervision and development feedback jointly shaped by NAC and AHG, and experiencing the distinct work cultures of both. The programme offers a rare cross-organisational experience that equips you with the skills, perspectives, and agility to make a meaningful impact in Singapore’s arts ecosystem.
