Job summary

Singapore University of Social Sciences (SUSS) is redesigning how we identify, develop, and support talent across the university. This role sits at the heart of Human Capital Development, where you will design meaningful learning materials, shape development, and bring fresh perspectives into our talent framework.

• Designing adult learning experiences and talent management across the talent pipeline.

• Shows initiative and ownership with strong follow-through.
• Degree in any discipline; experience in Talent Management/Learning & Development, HR or UI/UX is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Create capability-building content: curate and design learning content including bite-sized learning, microlearning, infographics and videos.
• Support leadership development journeys and talent management: co-organise flagship multi-month programmes for managers and directors, including coaching and mentoring.
• Gather and translate people insights: collate data and feedback to inform succession, leadership potential and development needs.
• Organise signature moments: shape and facilitate welcome briefings, onboarding and post-programme showcases.
• Make learning accessible: curate e-learning pathways aligned with SUSS Competency Framework.

About The Job

We are looking for a thoughtful, curious individual who wants to make a difference and shape how our people learn and grow.

SUSS is redesigning how we identify, develop, and support talent across the university. This role sits at the heart of Human Capital Development, where you will design meaningful learning materials, shape development, and bring fresh perspectives into our talent framework.

What You Will Be Doing

Key Responsibilities

• Create capability-building content: Curate and design learning content, ensuring they are informative yet easy-to understand. This includes bite-sized learning, microlearning, infographics, checklists and short video content.
• Support leadership development journeys and talent management: Co-organise flagship multi-month programmes for managers and directors, including coaching, profiling, 360 feedback, mentoring. Be actively involved in implementing initiatives under the talent management framework.
• Gather and translate people insights: Collate and analyse data, feedback, facilitation insights to inform decisions on succession, leadership potential, readiness and development needs.
• Organise signature moments: Shape, organise and facilitate touchpoints such as welcome briefings, mentoring onboarding, project sponsor engagements, post-programme showcases, and in-house learning programmes.
• Make learning easier and accessible: Curate e-learning pathways for skills identified in SUSS Competency Framework, ensuring learners can navigate their development with clarity.

Job Requirements

• Enjoys designing adult learning experiences and talent managment & development, and can see how they connect across the broader talent pipeline.
• Learns quickly and has an experimental, growth-oriented mindset.
• Is comfortable with data, storytelling and writing clearly.
• Can manage multiple stakeholders, internally and externally.
• Shows strong initiative, follow-through, and ownership.
• Possesses a degree in any discipline. Candidates with or without prior work experience are welcome to apply.
• Brings experience in Talent Management, Learning & Development, HR, UI/UX, or in relevant areas. This is an advantage and not a mandatory.
