Job summary

GMP Technologies in Singapore is seeking a Senior Executive, Financial Control (Healthcare | CoE) to ensure timely monthly closes, accurate statutory reporting and IFRS compliance. You will manage procurement, fixed assets, and operating expenditures, support new processes and system implementations, and collaborate with internal and external auditors to close audit issues.

Requirements include a Diploma/Degree in Accountancy or Business, 1–2 years' experience, SAP is a plus, and strong MS

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Accountancy, Business or Finance or related field.
• 1–2 years of relevant working experience.
• Healthcare sector experience or SAP is an advantage.
• Be a team player and partner multi-disciplinary colleagues.
• Organized and detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, VBA Macros, PowerPoint, Word).

Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities

• Ensure correct and smooth monthly closing process in line with company requirements
• Address statutory reporting and audit requirements; financials meet latest IFRS updates
• Manage respective operational finance processes such as:
  • Purchase requisition and orders
  • Fixed asset management ie:
    • Lead and execute fixed asset verification exercises, ensuring accuracy of asset registers and compliance with organisational policies and accounting standards
    • Develop and maintain strong business partnerships with asset custodians, providing guidance on proper asset management and accountability
    • Monitor and review fixed asset movements, disposals, and impairments to ensure accurate financial reporting
  • Oversee operational expenditure management, including review of payables and accruals
• Assist in new processes and system implementation when required.
• Reviewing and analyzing of reporting financial data.
• Ensure a strong culture of corporate governance by working closely with internal and external auditors and partnering stakeholders to close audit issues promptly.

Job Requirements
