Job summary

Manulife Financial in Singapore is seeking a regulatory-minded operations professional to implement and update sales advisory frameworks, ensuring MAS and LIA requirements and internal policies.

You will act as subject matter expert for sales support and process flows, partner with IT on system enhancements, lead UAT, training, and BAU activities, and deliver accurate management reports with strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.
• Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience in the life insurance industry, preferably within advisor operations or sales support.
• Experience supporting T&C frameworks or regulatory-driven operational processes.
• Exposure to MAS or LIA regulatory requirements within the financial services industry.
• Strong working knowledge of life insurance products, FAA investment products, and sales advisory processes.
• Hands‑on involvement in system implementation or enhancement initiatives, including UAT.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint; Power BI experience is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with high attention to detail.
• Proven stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Partner with IT and key stakeholders to drive system enhancements, including defining enhancement scope, preparing user stories, developing test plans, and conducting user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Review, implement, and maintain business rule guidelines related to T&C operations on a regular basis.
• Provide operational support for business-as-usual (BAU) activities and assigned projects related to future ways of working.
• Ensure clear, accurate, and timely communication with agents regarding the status and progress of their requests.
• Perform quality checks and audit sampling to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements; manage audit and regulatory enquiries within scope.
• Prepare, review, and present management reports, summaries, and presentation materials.
• Organize and conduct training sessions, briefings, and workshops for the sales force.
