Job summary

SingHealth Group is seeking a Senior Executive / Assistant Manager for the International Collaboration Office to develop and execute healthcare programmes in the assigned country, and promote SingHealth as an Academic Medicine Centre through regional linkage and capacity-building initiatives.

You will facilitate CME partnerships, work with diverse stakeholders to enhance patient experience, and provide feedback to improve SingHealth’s service offerings across partner institutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with 2 years of experience.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and writing skills.
• Analytical and problem solving abilities.
• Excellent project management skills.
• Self-starter who can work in a team and independently.
• Passionate about regional work and comfortable with diverse cultures.

Responsibilities

You will assist to develop and execute healthcare programmes in the assigned country and promote the recognition of SingHealth as an Academic Medicine Centre through regional linkage and development of capacity building programmes aimed at improving service delivery in the region. You will also facilitate the partnering of institutions in the assigned country with SingHealth to arrange for Continuing Medical Education (CME) programmes. You will also work closely with other stakeholders to enhance the patient experience throughout their care journey. You will provide feedback to identify, develop and improve service offerings of the institutions under SingHealth.

Requirements
