SingHealth Group is seeking a fundraising professional to plan and execute donation-driven campaigns supporting healthcare causes. You will work with donors, corporate partners, and supporters to build pipelines, lead campaigns and events, and craft donor communications.

You will ensure activities comply with governance, policies and procedures, while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships and delivering results on tight timelines.

Qualifications

• Degree in fundraising, business development, marketing or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of fundraising or donor relations experience.
• Proven ability in lead generation and donor engagement.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive, meticulous and able to deliver on tight timelines.
• Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.

Job Responsibilities

You will plan and execute fundraising and philanthropy initiatives to support healthcare causes and drive donor engagement. Working closely with donors, corporate partners, community supporters and internal stakeholders, you will build and manage donor pipelines, lead fundraising campaigns and events, develop proposals and donor communications, and ensure that all fundraising activities are conducted in accordance with governance requirements, policies and procedures.

Job Requirements

Degree with at least 2 years of experience in fundraising, business development, corporate partnerships, marketing communications or event management

Proven ability in lead generation, donor engagement and relationship management

Strong event and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives concurrently

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong analytical capabilities

Proactive, meticulous and target-driven, with the ability to deliver results within tight timelines

Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills

Familiarity with Canva, CRM systems and digital payment platforms will be advantageous
