Job summary

National University Hospital is seeking an administrator to support the HEAL (Healthy Eating, Active Living) programme for primary school children. You will help develop educational content, coordinate digital outreach, and assist with programme delivery in schools and community settings.

You will also back CFCH divisional initiatives, grant administration, procurement, and event coordination, ensuring accurate records and compliant reporting across multiple workstreams.

Qualifications

  • Recognised diploma in related fields.
  • Experience supporting community or health promotion programme preferred.
  • Experience or strong interest in educational content development, health communication, digital media, or creative project coordination.
  • Good organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Comfortable engaging and working with children, parents, schools, vendors.
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage data, documentation, and multiple workstreams concurrently.
  • Strong teamwork skills and the ability to work independently when required.
  • Familiarity with digital tools, AI applications, or automation solutions will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Support the development and production of educational materials and digital content by coordinating with internal stakeholders, external designers and vendors, and other partners.
  • Assist in gathering insights from children, parents, and schools to inform content development and support programme improvement.
  • Support Dietitians in the planning and delivery of HEAL programmes in schools and community settings, including logistics coordination and on-ground facilitation.
  • Maintain programme records, databases (including on EPIC), and programme resources in accordance with programme requirements
  • Assist with data collection, data entry and preparation of programme reports and presentations.
  • Support programme grant administration, including manpower tagging, budget tracking, claims processing, documentation, and record maintenance.
  • Assist in monitoring grant utilisation and maintaining supporting documents required for reporting, audit, and compliance purposes.
  • Support procurement activities, including obtaining quotations, raising purchase requests, tracking purchases, coordinating with vendors and reimbursement claims.
  • Provide administrative support for divisional meetings, projects, workgroups, and events, including scheduling, documentation, and follow-up on action items.
  • Assist in coordinating divisional initiatives and projects involving multiple stakeholders across departments and institutions.
  • Perform other administrative and operational duties in support of divisional and programme priorities.

Overview

You will support the Dietitians in the planning, delivery, and enhancement of the HEAL (Healthy Eating, Active Living) programme, a community-based lifestyle intervention for primary school children. This role will support development of the educational content, digital outreach to support service delivery, and programme implementation.

In addition, the role will support the Division of Community Family and Child Health (CFCH) in divisional initiatives, cross-programme coordination and shared functions that support the delivery of child and maternal health programmes.

Key Responsibilities
HEAL Programme

Job Requirements
