Job summary

ST Engineering Singapore seeks an experienced land systems engineer to lead and oversee complex projects from concept through to completion, ensuring delivery within scope, quality, and timeframes. You will develop maintenance strategies tailored to land systems, collaborate with operations, quality assurance, and supply chain, and mentor junior engineers.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering or related technical discipline, preferably with professional registration or chartered status.
• Extensive experience in land systems engineering, maintenance, repair, and overhaul services, with project leadership.
• Strong understanding of engineering principles, standards, and regulatory requirements for land system equipment.
• Strong problem-solving skills with ability to perform detailed technical analysis and develop innovative solutions.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills to engage with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
