Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related discipline) is required.
• 5-8 years of project engineering experience with at least 2 years in a senior or supervisory capacity.
• Proven track record delivering complex projects from inception to handover.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and monitor the day-to-day execution of engineering projects to ensure milestones and technical specifications are met.
• Develop detailed project execution plans, track timelines, manage project budgets, and implement cost-control measures.
• Review engineering designs, drawings, and technical documentation for accuracy, feasibility, and compliance with quality standards.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, vendors, authorities, and internal teams to facilitate smooth project communication and issue resolution.
• Identify potential project risks, engineering bottlenecks, or safety hazards, and proactively implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure all engineering activities adhere to local regulatory standards, building codes, and Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers and technical staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
