Job summary

Resorts World Sentosa is seeking a Senior Executive to support in-park events and programmes. You will conduct market research, assist with concept development, and manage event logistics to align with marketing strategies and guest preferences.

You will coordinate production timelines, budgets, and post-event analyses while collaborating with Marketing, Creative, and Production teams to ensure engaging experiences and smooth execution across attractions.

Qualifications

• Degree in Events, Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field is required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Events Planning/Management, Public Programmes, or creative project coordination.
• Operations experience preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Ability to use AI tools for productivity.
• Strong organisational and time management skills, and able to prioritise and follow through.
• Adaptable, innovative, and able to operate in a dynamic environment.
• Strong team player with excellent stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to multi-task and work independently while ensuring timely execution.
• Skilled in budgeting, negotiations, and project coordination.
• Creative problem-solver focused on delivering strong guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Assist in programme conceptualisation and seasonal campaign development.
• Support the alignment of event strategies with brand, marketing, and business objectives to enhance guest engagement.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Creative, and Production teams on communication messages, marketing assets, presentations, and on-ground signages.
• Coordinate event logistics and tasks to ensure smooth and timely execution.
• Troubleshoot content and setup challenges to uphold a positive guest experience.
• Consolidate post-campaign data from internal and external stakeholders.
• Track production expenses and prepare post-event reports, including performance insights and recommendations.
• Maintain effective communication and relationships with internal stakeholders.
• Manage administrative tasks related to brand, marketing, and event initiatives within attractions.
