Job summary

Sentosa Development Corporation is seeking an experienced events professional to conceptualise, drive and execute planning for Sentosa own events and programming. You will lead a team to ensure timely delivery aligned with the event strategy, while managing stakeholders, vendors and budgets to maximize attendance and ROI.

You will oversee procurement lifecycle, licensing and agreements, ensuring compliance with government processes and robust financial controls.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in events industry, with proven track record managing large-scale events.
• Exhibits creative ability to conceptualise innovative events and strong budgeting, forecasting and reporting capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Creative Concept Development for Sentosa Own events and programming to promote Sentosa as a destination.
• Lead event delivery to ensure end-to-end processes, quality, and timely execution.
• Oversee procurement and financial management, including tender prep, evaluation, and award.
• Manage vendor contracts and coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to achieve shared objectives.
• Coordinate licensing, permits, insurance, and agreements with authorities.
• Track KPIs and produce post-event analysis with improvement recommendations.
