Job summary

PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. seeks an experienced IT specialist to deliver end-user computing support for desktops, laptops, and mobile devices. The role involves engaging in pre-sales activities, gathering requirements, and proposing technical solutions to customers.

Ideal candidates will have 8+ years with Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, AD/Entra ID, Intune, Endpoint Manager, SCCM/MECM, and strong networking fundamentals. Customer-facing experience and ITIL/Certifications are valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Pre-sales, solution consulting, or technical advisory experience.
• Minimum 8 years of experience with Windows 10/11, M365, AD & Entra ID (Azure AD), Intune, Endpoint Manager, SCCM/MECM, VPN & networking, and device deployment.
• Experience in customer-facing roles and stakeholder management.
• Microsoft Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate.
• Microsoft 365 Certifications.
• ITIL Foundation.
• CompTIA A+ or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-user computing (EUC) support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals.
• Support pre-sales activities by participating in customer meetings, gathering requirements, and proposing technical solutions
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, operating system, Microsoft 365, and network-related issues.
• Support endpoint deployment, configuration, imaging, patch management, and device lifecycle management.
• Manage Microsoft Windows, Active Directory, Entra ID, Intune, Endpoint Manager, and SCCM environments.
• Ensure incidents and service requests are resolved within agreed service levels.
• Maintain technical documentation and customer environment records.
• Act as the primary technical contact for customers and provide recommendations on endpoint performance and security.
