• Review data to ensure etch performance, non-uniformity and removal rate stability.
• Establish SOPs and FMEA for the etch module and lead recipe optimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors for benchmarking.
• Lead safety, compliance and continuous improvement initiatives.
