Job summary

Ambition Singapore is seeking an experienced Etch Process Engineer to lead the development, optimization, and sustainment of advanced dry etch processes in a wafer fabrication environment.

You will drive process performance, yield improvement, and manufacturing excellence while mentoring junior engineers and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support new process development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering.
• 5-8 years of semiconductor wafer fabrication experience.
• Hands-on experience with DOE, SPC, and FMEA.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience mentoring engineers and leading cross-functional initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop, optimize, and sustain advanced etch processes to targets.
• Create and optimize process recipes, monitor tool performance, improve stability.
• Analyze process data, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions.
• Drive continuous improvement to boost productivity, yield, and efficiency.
• Establish and maintain process documentation including SOPs, FMEA, and control methods.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, equipment suppliers, and partners to support new process development.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership within the etch team.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and manufacturing standards.
