Qualifications

• Master’s or PhD in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in system engineering within semiconductor equipment manufacturing.
• Strong expertise in electrical hardware design, system architecture, and integration.
• Proven ability to lead technical problem-solving and make system-level design decisions.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and data analysis tools such as JMP.
• Hands-on experience in hardware testing, instrumentation, and system validation.
• Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to influence technical discussions.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of electrical systems and sub-assemblies, aligning with product architecture.
• Lead fabrication and test of electrical test structures for semiconductor logic and memory applications.
• Own system-level integration ensuring cross-domain coherence (electrical, mechanical, control).
• Define and validate digital and analog I/O architectures for flexible configurations.
• Drive technical decisions across new product development, capital projects, and improvements.
• Review and approve engineering changes, ensuring risk mitigation and timelines.
