Job summary

STMicroelectronics is seeking engineers to uphold equipment reliability and drive cost-optimized maintenance in our advanced fabrication facilities. You will lead tool commissioning, work with IE and production teams, and provide technical support to shift staff.

Applicants should have a bachelor in electronics and hands-on experience with diffusion furnaces and sensors, and be prepared to collaborate across functions to meet yield and throughput targets.

Qualifications

• Degree in electronics or electrical engineering.
• Experience with troubleshooting and repair of equipment using schematics.
• Experience with sensors via micro-controllers (STM32) and Raspberry Pi for FDC.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and optimize tool reliability and robustness independently.
• Lead cost-saving maintenance projects.
• Oversee new tool commissioning from setup to production readiness.
• Collaborate with Production and Engineering to resolve operational issues.
• Provide technical support to SME and Line Staff.
• Lead equipment/process improvement projects and benchmarking.
