Job summary

GLOBALFOUNDRIES Singapore is seeking a Sr Equipment Associate Engineer to perform preventive maintenance on wafer fabrication equipment and to support Equipment Engineers in upkeep of complex processing tools. You will work 12-hour rotating shifts, follow SOPs, and ensure equipment readiness for production while maintaining safety and housekeeping on the floor.

A Diploma in Electrical/Electronics/Mechatronics/Mechanical/Microelectronics with 1–2 years of relevant experience is required, along

Qualifications

• Diploma in Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical / Mechatronics / Microelectronics Engineering required.
• 1–2 years working experience in Electrical / Electronics industry ideal.
• Strong teamwork and responsible attitude preferred.
• Ability to follow SOPs, perform preventive maintenance and document work.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshoot equipment to support module goals.
• Follow SOPs and CAS specifications and maintain equipment/tools.
• Carry out 12-hour shift duties to support production and asset readiness.
• Maintain housekeeping and safe custody of tools and equipment.
• Document issues clearly and support module improvement activities.
