Temasek Holdings is seeking an experienced AVP/VP to govern and report on the Technology portfolio. This 12-month contract role partners with senior leadership to drive governance standards, risk management and value realization across multiple large-scale programmes.

The ideal candidate will bring more than a decade of tech project leadership, strong stakeholder skills, and proven ability to deliver complex initiatives within a dynamic organisation.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience managing large Tech Projects and Programmes with governance and financial monitoring.
• Experience with multiple project methodologies and reporting.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proven track record delivering complex initiatives on time and within budget.
• Ability to lead and collaborate across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Support the Enterprise PMO Lead in implementing the new governance model across waterfall, hybrid, and agile projects.
• Provide project reporting for T-Tech and Critical BAU Projects in governance forums.
• Represent EPMO in Project Steering Committees and Leadership Meetings.
• Drive governance frameworks, ensure consistent adoption and compliance across projects.
• Monitor issues, risks and interdependencies and advise on mitigation strategies.
• Oversee delivery governance to ensure timely completion per standards and processes.
• Manage and maintain reporting tools (Confluence, JIRA, SharePoint) across the portfolio.
• Onboard vendors to governance playbook and ensure timely approvals.
