Job summary

The Senior Epidemiologist at TAN TOCK SENG HOSPITAL PTE LTD leads epidemiologic research, analytics, and surveillance to support clinical care and public health programmes within the hospital.

This role designs and conducts studies in NCDs and population health, integrates real-world data, and translates findings into actionable insights for patient and population outcomes, including infectious disease surveillance when needed.

Qualifications

• Preferably a medical-related degree; life sciences acceptable.
• Master’s in public health with focus on Epidemiology.
• 1–3 years relevant epidemiology experience; Senior level 4+ years.
• Experience in infectious disease surveillance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and implementation of epidemiologic studies in NCDs and population health.
• Collaborate with clinicians and data managers; oversee research projects.
• Oversee data management, IRB submissions, and data extraction.
• Mentor junior staff and present findings to audiences.
